At Iifada we pride ourselves on quick lead times. For all custom orders please allow up to a week to complete your request before shipment. In the event shipment is delayed you will be notified immediately.

Find Your Perfect Fit
While head shapes vary, a 23" circumference is a common size for most fezzes. To ensure the best fit—especially if you have temporary hairstyles—we always recommend measuring your head before placing an order.

For all custom orders, please provide your head measurements at checkout and contact us to schedule a virtual consultation. We’re here to make sure your fez fits flawlessly.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Iifada, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help make it right.

Returns

    •    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

    •    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

    •    Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there’s a defect or an error on our part.

    •    To start a return, please contact us at iifadadesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

    •    We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available.

    •    Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

    •    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

    •    Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    •    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
